WBS success has always been attributed to his most valuable asset, its employees. While large facility services firms in the industry invest time and money training employees in an industry that by nature has a high employee turnover, WBS has been able to implement high quality standards in part to a low employee turnover averaging 4+ years of tenure. Ismael Torres, founder, learned this during his humble beginnings supervising a crew of 15 employees back in 1999. Seven years later he decided to pursue his dream to become a successful business owner and founded WBS.

He started his commercial cleaning business in Portland, Oregon, with the philosophy of delivering superior customer service, high quality standards, and strong ethical practices. Using this philosophy WBS has grown since its humble beginnings to become a company that employs around 20 full time employees.

Since its foundation, available resources in capital equipment, human resources, and experience, has given WBS a competitive advantage over other larger janitoral companies.
